HP announces launch of 3D Printing Solution in Asia Pacific
The HP Jet Fusion 3D printing solution is now commercially available throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
HP Inc. announced the commercial availability of its award-winning Jet Fusion 3D Printing solution and the expansion of its 3D printing business across the Asia-Pacific region.
In addition to the launch, HP, together with its partners, will be unveiling 3D Printing Reference and Experience Centers in Beijing, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Shanghai, Suzhou, Taipei, Tokyo, Singapore, and Melbourne.
The centres are designed to enable companies to engage with HP’s Jet Fusion 3D Printing solutions in production scenarios. Testing and qualification of new 3D printing use-cases will be enabled in controlled environments, providing customers a simpler path to advance from prototyping to full scale 3D production. HP previously unveiled more than a dozen 3D Printing Reference and Experience Centers in the U.S. and Europe and plans to continue adding more facilities as it expands its 3D printing business.
“We are on the cusp of a transformation in manufacturing, enabled by new technologies such as 3D printing, artificial intelligence and robotics. We are excited to introduce HP’s commercial 3D printing solution to reinvent manufacturing in Asia Pacific, delivering much higher speeds and lower costs while enabling on-demand, low- volume production. HP is building a strong community of local resellers and materials partners as well as customer experience centers that will provide comprehensive support to help our customers leverage this transformation,” said Richard Bailey, president, HP Inc. Asia Pacific and Japan.
HP also announced it is extending its Partner First 3D Printing Specialization reseller program to the Asia-Pacific region and adding more than a dozen new partners.
China-based companies, Shining 3D ePrint and Infinite 3D Printing are the latest companies to join the HP Partner First 3D Printing Specialization reseller program. The two companies will be deploying HP 3D printing solutions in over 50 facilities.
The program now has more than 40 members across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, including new partners Aurora, AM Korea, ECSS, evok3d, Eye2Eye, FormX, Huxen, Hyunwoo Data, Trustworthy, Wenpoo, and 3D Pro, and will continue to expand to serve Greater China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Australia as it extends its reach beyond North America and Europe. Additional partners and countries will be added to the program as HP continues to broaden its business across the region.
