Intertech Technology Award honourees announced

Entries from HP, CGS, MGI, Esko and Heidelberg received accolades at this year’s awards.

Judges for the 2017 Intertech Technology Award have selected 14 technologies as being truly innovative and expected to have significant impact on the graphic communications industry.

The independent panel of judges selected inventions that extend the performance of inkjet presses, use LEDs to overcome long-standing challenges, extend capabilities for digital enhancement, assess and manipulate color in new ways, permit the creation of low-cost prototypes, automate platemaking and presswork to new levels, and offer digital press users powerful apps to manage their processes.
