Dscoop to unleash growth in Asia-Pacific
Open for registration, the 2018th edition of the Dscoop Asia-Pacific conference will be held in Seoul, South Korea.
Dscoop Asia-Pacific will be happening from 14 to 16 May 2018 in Seoul, South Korea.
Over three days, attendees will be engaged in sessions that aim to provide tools and inspiration to help grow businesses of HP graphics arts users.
The official theme of the event is “Unleashing Print”, although the regional spinoff will have its own unique focus: “The theme Unleashing Print originated from the Americas. However, for APJ, and specifically for Dscoop Korea, we are focused on looking at ‘Unleashing Growth’,” said Conrad Mendoza Jr., senior brand marketing manager for HP’s graphics solutions business and Dscoop executive representative.
“We will do this by allowing attendees to acquire tools for business growth and visit innovative Korean customer sites to be inspired. Attendees can also engage and connect with brands, partners and other PSPs. The event will be held in Korea due to the print innovation that is happening in the country, specifically by Indigo PSPs.”
The last edition of Dscoop Asia in 2017 was held in Bangkok, Thailand, as part of FESPA.
Keynote speakers this year include Alon Bar-Shany, general manager for HP Indigo and Pat McGrew, print analyst and director of Keypoint Intelligence. Magnus Lindkvist, a ‘trendspotting futurologist’ will also be leading a keynote presentation on important current trends to forecast the future. His presentations have been described as “performances”.
Dscoop Asia will include customer site visits in Korea such as Interpro, Sam-Young, Betterway Systems, Taesung and KSI.
