Xinxiang Printing invests in manroland to expand packaging business

Zhejiang Xinxiang Printing Co., Ltd strives to become the most competitive pharmaceutical packaging manufacturer in China with manroland presses.

With the aim of providing customers with top-quality products, Zhejiang Xinxiang Printing Co., Ltd has invested in two Manroland sheetfed offset presses over the years.

These include a five-color ROLAND 700 EVOLUTION press and a seven-color ROLAND 700 EVOLUTION press plus coating module, introduced in 2018. The company also has more than 20 sets of advanced subsidiary pharmaceutical packaging production equipment.

Thanks to the world’s leading packaging printing equipment from Manroland Sheetfed and an effective management team, Xinxiang Printing has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification.

Zhou said Xinxiang Printing needed to install a second ROLAND 700 EVOLUTION to expand their business further.

“Manroland Sheetfed printing presses have always had a very good reputation in the global packaging field, which greatly enhances our customers' confidence in us and helps us to secure more orders from our customers,” he said.

“Secondly, over the past 10 years, we have established a partnership of mutual trust with Manroland Sheetfed. Our products are inseparable from the Manroland Sheetfed presses.”

More importantly, the newly installed machine “has the format of 780 mm X 1060 mm, which can increase the productivity of sheetfed printing. Furthermore, its speed of up to 18, 2000 sheets per hour greatly improves our printing efficiency."

Founded in 2007, Xinxiang Printing is a pharmaceutical packaging manufacturer in China whose services go from designing to custom service. For its efforts, it has been recognized at various levels domestically, including being honored with the county resource contribution award and Zhejiang province's Enterprise of Integrity award.
