manroland Goss announced the appointment of Franz Kriechbaum as new CEO by the shareholders L. Possehl and American Industrial Partners (AIP).
Kriechbaum takes over the role of current CEO, Alexander Wassermann CEO who will be taking up a career outside the printing industry.
Since 2017, Kriechbaum served as the Chief Operating Officer of the manroland Goss Group since 2017. Together with the manroland Goss management team he will continue to drive the company’s strategy as a solutions partner for all webfed offset printers.
manroland Goss further announced that the company has successfully completed its Post-Merger-Integration phase. During the Post-Merger-Integration phase the company has realigned its product portfolio and global footprint to the solutions partner setup.
The company has been transformed into a business unit organization, each of them managed by dedicated business unit leaders. The business units are designed to support the global sales and service network of manroland Goss, comprising own market organizations and well-established agents, for the benefit of all customers.
The Group aims to be the leading solutions partner for webfed printers around the world, be it Parts Solutions, Service Solutions, Engineered Solutions or System Solutions.
