Vietnam company completes Conprinta install

Vietnam’s Cheng Loong Long An Container Co., LTD (CLC) has complete installation of the new CONPRINTA IMD2200, a 5-colour flexographic web printing system plus varnishing system at its facility near Ho Chi Minh City.

CLC manufactures corrugated paper and paperboards, and is a subsidiary of Taiwanese packaging solutions group, Cheng Loong.

According to Conprinta, it was challenging for the team to install the machine during COVID-19 pandemic due to travel restrictions and a two weeks quarantine period. The team was able to start the three-month installation and by the first quarter of 2021.

With the latest machine, Conprinta also introduced its own simplified and precisely belt mounting machine and belt cutting machine, developed and manufactured in Germany.
